You could could mix it up... Say for The Nightmare, The Deepest and Darkest corners of your mind. And for Misery and Death they could have Hell or something like that. The burning ashvault pits in the goriest most morbid debth's of Hell. Or for the Plague; Coming to a hospital near you! (jk).

Parts Unknown is an Island off of Costa Rica. At least according to Chris Jericho in the Ultimate Warrior DVD it is. He could just be joking (actually, I forget which coast he said it was off of. Come to think of it, did I even watch the Ultimate Warrior DVD? Man I need some sleep)
