ACT I, SCENE II
(The curtain rises as the orchestra continues to play the last vestiges of “Stick With Me!”, then the music turns into a grumpy, almost comical version of “Son Of A Bush” by Public Enemy. The set has changed only slightly. The ring is now adorned with a banner that reads “Gastown Pro Wrestling” MICHAEL JOHNSTON stands in the ring, arms crossed, in a black pair of jeans and a black t-shirt, with a cowboy hat and a black trench coat. As the music fades, CAM and TIFFANY, as Kyle and Coach Jago, both walk in from stage left.)
(Cam and Tiffany both start, and turn to notice Mike for the first time.)
(The music hits, and Mike storms around angrily as “All About The Darkness” begins.)
(A short instrumental with dance ensues.)[/i]
(As the audience applauds wildly, Mike chases Tiffany and Cam around the ring, while Tiffany blows her whistle shrilly. The lighting changes visibly, indicating a change to…)[/i]
ACT I, SCENE III
(The music for “All About The Darkness” ends abruptly, as two men walk on stage, laughing, carrying replicas of the Gastown Tag Team belts. They are masked wrestlers, wearing bright red sweats, and t-shirts that read “Gastown Tag Champions of The World!”)
(Cam and Mike look at Tiffany in a panic, making gestures for her to shut up.)
(Beat.)
(The Champs both climb into the ring, while Mike and Cam angrily confront Tiffany.)
(As Cam and Mike climb into the ring, an instrumental redux of “Stick With Me!” plays. An elaborate wrestling match/dance number ensues. The Gastown Champs are good… but even having only just met, Cam and Mike are amazing! “Stick With Me!” slowly transforms into the instrumental “Low” by the Foo Fighters we heard in the overture. As the music hits a crescendo, it looks as though Cam might be pinned… only to have Tiffany run in a smack Champ 1 in the face with her clipboard! Cam and Mike hit the Down and Dirty on Champ 1 for the pin, which Tiffany counts. Mike retrieves the titles and hands one to Cam. Tiffany then raises their hands in victory.)
(Musical cue! “New and Improved!”)
(Lights down! Curtain down! The audience wildly applauds as the music for “New and Improved!” continues over the scene change! Act One is OVER! Stay tuned for Act 2!)[/i]

TIFFANY
You’re preaching to the choir, son! You are better then this place! But think of it this way. You’re so good, you’ll OWN this promotion in, what? Two months. Tops.
MIKE

Are you sure this dump is the only place we could get work?
TIFFANY

MIKE
I’M NOT THE UNDERTAKER! Why doesn’t anyone get me!?

MIKE

Yeah, we just met this guy!
CHAMP 2

TIFFANY
