Ravager, in a Raleigh, North Carolina restaurant. He seems to be a bit reflective right now.
So Stylin Kyle thinks I need to beat him cleanly. I agree. He also thinks I need his respect. (chuckles) I've gotten this far without it, why start now? Why do I need to impress you? I've won enough titles, granted I'm not a five time former champion. But I've wrestled more matches for NAPW than anyone else. I'm down here for REBEL because it'll benefit both organizations, not just myself. I'm here because I love the business. I love being in the ring. And on a side note, I like to beat people up when they're being dicks. Probably why we always wind up crossing paths. For a while there I thought we had a silent understanding. We'd cross paths. Share some insults. Occasionally trade punches. But I thought we understood that we were two of the best at what we do. I guess I was wrong. You think I've only gotten this far through cheating. You think I've never proved myself to you. Maybe you're right. Thank goodness we're in a new town, for a new organization, where I can do things right from day one. ... Or day two in this case. You want me to earn your respect Kyle? That's fine. If I have to pound on your forehead until you bleed; if I have to bend back your arm until I hear a snap or an "I Quit"; if I have to be pulled off of you by officials and the rest of the locker room, I will leave the ring with your grudging respect. But I need more...
Lloyd Rees, you think I managed squeak out a victory over you? You think I'm some kind of fluke? Allow me to point out one thing:
People thought my win over Cartwright was a fluke, and I wouldn't beat you.
After I beat you, they thought I wouldn't make it past Simply Beautiful, because he was the hot up and comer and my luck would run out.
It was universally accepted that Sick Billy Kryenik would beat me and lead the NAPW into a new era. I stopped that talk pretty quick.
I've made a career out of erasing doubts. Beating the odds. Winning matches I had no business winning. It'll be no different in REBEL. New city. But I'm still the same man.
The White Collar Assassin.
The All Business Ass Kicker.
The Last Resort.
Ravager.
And soon enough, I will be a dual champion. Roberts won't stop me. Rees can't stop me. Deathrow will try, but Tuesday won't be his night. Rex, MackcBEE, Bruno, whoever wins the title...
Be ready for me. I'm never out of sight when a title is involved...
Fade to Black.
