05/15/2007 - NAPW/REBEL SUPERSHOW
The Polish Hall - Edmonton, AB
NAPW CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Ravager (c) vs Simply Beautiful III
Twice before have Ravager and Simply Beautiful wrestled. On both occassions, Ravager was able to come out on top. Simply Beautiful earned this shot with a stellar performance in the 30-man over the top rope Sole Survivor match in March. Mutual respect or not, these two each have the same goal: Leave Edmonton as the NAPW Champion. Don't look for either man to take it easy. Ravager's Path of Annihilation looks to continue, but is it SB's time? And will Brian Bruno make his presence felt in this contest?
REBEL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
Rex Caliber (c) vs "The Sparx" Chris Corstenoca
"The Sparx" shocked the world, earning a REBEL title shot in his very first REBEL match... but leave it to Rex Caliber to top that. At the last REBEL show, the NAPW owner aligned himself with the hated NAPW tag champions David Banks and Lloyd Rees as well as a returning STATIC, assaulting the NAPW Champion Ravager! What the hell does this mean for the future of NAPW with the owner in business for himself? There are so many questions, will the hometown fans get any answers?
REBEL TAG TEAM TITLES MATCH
MASK vs HAIR
The Foundation (c) vs Dio Muerte & Jeff James
It was in March that Prince Darko & Thomas Young turned their backs on NAPW... and turned their backs on brother Jeff James. The Foundation put James out with an injury and moved to REBEL, where they won tag gold.
Dio Muerte wasn't going to let them get away easily. His one man war against The Foundation reached violent heights in a brutal falls-count-anywhere match with Thomas Young. Dio won, but the two-on-one assault nearly put him out of action as well. Dio needed a partner. He got the only man he could trust... the returning Jeff James!
On May 15th, this all-too-personal war will finally conclude. REBEL tag team titles on the line... and more. If The Foundation loses, Prince Darko must unmask. If Dio & James lose, then Jeff James will have his hair cut off. Tag titles. Mask vs Hair. Brother vs brother.
The war ends in Edmonton.
NAPW vs REBEL
EIGHT-MAN TAG
Chris Casino, Sebastien Martyr, Jake Phoenix & Donovan Astros vs Bluegrass Mafia, The Assman & CAROLINAS CHAMPION Murcielago
In a huge inter-promotional eight-man tag, NAPW's team of Casino, Martyr, Phoenix and Astros - four men, each more loathed than the last - will square off against the motley REBEL team of the Bluegrass Mafia, Mike "Assman" Trey and the new Carolinas Champion Murielago.
This match will see the first in-ring encounter between the BGM and Phoenix & Astros. Chad Kurtis and Donovan Astros have been talking trash about one another since the day the latter debuted in NAPW. Add in two men with the biggest egos in wrestling, Casino & Martyr, the fan-favorite ASSMAN and the wildcard Murcielago, and you've got a sure-fire recipe for action!
NAPW vs REBEL
DOG COLLAR MATCH
THE BEAST vs CALIBAN II
On May 1 in a REBEL Pro ring, NAPW's resident Beast took on REBEL Pro's monster. It was an epic match, only marred by the interference of The Beast's former partner Stylin' Kyle Roberts.
Now, two weeks later, Edmonton fans will get to experience the REMATCH. And the stakes are ever higher. Leash the monster, leash the beast! The two behemoths will be bound by a 12 foot long steel chain, each end attached to a spiked leather dog collar! This will only be brutal, folks.
Beast/Caliban II. Live from The Polish Hall. Do not miss this one.
NAPW PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
"LDK" Lloyd Rees (c) vs "Dynamite" Stone Zellor
DYNAMITE! Stone Zellor has rocked the singles racks in NAPW, and now he's got a chance at the Provincial gold held in the tight clutches of the hated Lloyd Rees! But the most decorated NAPW champion of all time is no push-over, and now he is allied with the REBEL Champion/NAPW owner. Will the slick pimp be able to overcome the odds?
REBEL FOUR-CORNER ELIMINATION MATCH
Warren vs David Banks vs Cataclysm vs Stylin' Kyle Roberts
The slacker, the hater, the enigma, and the style. One of these four men will walk out of the Supershow with a win and a shot at any REBEL title he wishes!
Diablo vs Ca$h
Diablo finally gets a singles match-up, when he squares off against newcomer Ca$h. Ca$h acquitted himself quite well in REBEL last week, now he sets foot for the first time into his new home fed. This one could steal the show.
RP Period begins: Tuesday, May 8th at 6 pm MST / 8 pm EST
RP Period ends: Sunday, May 13 at 10 pm MST / Midnight EST
