TUESDAY NIGHT FIGHTS 01/30/2007
Kamloops, BC
-FOUR CORNER SURVIVAL-
NAPW Champion Evan Cartwright vs Ravager vs "The Lemondrop Kid" Lloyd Rees vs "Sick" Billy Kryenik
Four of NAPW's hottest wrestlers collide one week prior to Cold Snap. Evan Cartwright and Ravager, of course, have an uneasy respect towards one another. Lloyd Rees wants nothing more than to get another shot at the NAPW Title he has held twice. And "Sick" Billy Kryenik has this opportunity to prove he can hang with the main eventers. He is the only man in the match-up not to have held the NAPW Title. Though the title is not at stake, so much pride and momentum is. Who will survive?
-PURE HONOR TITLE MATCH-
Chris Casino (c) vs Patrick Bickle
Will the most renowned Pure Honor champion be the man to take the Kiniski Cup from the hands of Chris Casino? Patrick Bickle certainly would like to once again hold the pure gold, but there is no way he can be at 100% after Kenny Krenshov essentially mauled him last week. The Untouchables certainly would not want to lose gold this week, either.
Kevin Kodiak & Legion vs North T. Gunderson & Dez Carter
The unlikely team of Kodiak and Legion seeks to add another tag team win to their record against the fair-play team of Gunderson & Carter. The question is, will North Gunderson actually show up for this match, or will Dez once again team with Johnston Rawk? Kodiak & Legion won't care either way.
-INTERPROMOTIONAL MATCH-
The New & Improved D-X (NAPW Tag Team Champions) vs The Expositioner & Mystic Ninja (Gastown Wrestling Alliance Tag Team Champions)
Neither title is on the line in this interpromotional match-up. Commissioner Winchell has seen fit to match D-X up against the champions of a promotion featured heavily in the history of Roberts & Richards. The Midnight Cowboys will be watching this one with interest.
Simply Beautiful vs David Banks
Last week "The Chairman of the NAPW" laid Simply Beautiful out with his steel chair after SB defeated The Plague. It seems that an alliance exists between David Banks and "The Lemondrop Kid" Lloyd Rees. This match is one to watch, folks.
The Untouchables (Krenshov/Castle) vs Next Generation
Next Generation have been quietly racking up tag team victories since debuting in NAPW, rising as far as #2 in the tag rankings. Unfortunately for them, on their first Tuesday Night Fights appearance Santiago & Sakai must step into the ring against over 600 pounds of undulterated anger and violence. Kenny Krenshov has injured and eliminated men from NAPW. Kurt Castle narrowly retained his Provincial Title last week and is looking to take out some frustration. NAPW's "next dream team" may simply be the next victims on The Untouchables hitlist.
