Between 7 and 10 eastern usually.
Sometimes earlier and never really later than midnight.
Main site is where they are posted, with usually a link on the boards.

There'll be a link on the "results" forum of the boards to where they're posted on the REBEL or NAPW site. Both feds usually get shows up around the time, oh, say, RAW would be starting. Or whatever. |
