Recently to hype Wrestlemania WWE had Joey Stylez and Tazz write up a ECW dream card a sort of ECW version of Wrestlemania which can be found here. www.wwe.com/shows/ecw/ecwdreamcard/
When WWE.com announced their dream card I knew a lot of people would be left off, mainly people they didn’t consider major stars, and people who are working for rival companies like TNA. Thinking about it there were a lot of great matches in ECW history and a lot I would have loved to see so I’m going to attempt to write up a 7 show dream tour that would take place on various dates over a 1 month span. This tour takes ECW alumni alive and dead and says what if both men faced off in their prime. I won’t really be doing a storyline to it so people who fight in night one could possibly team a later night. For each individual show I will have 7 matches and will build up from a good start to the main event of the evening. I will be using the ECW alumni page from oww (http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com/promotions/ecw.html) , and I don’t think I will be using anybody from the New ECW that wasn’t an alumni of the Original ECW because the only person I’d book form the new ECW is CM Punk so I’ll stick with the original alumni to keep an authentic feel to the tour. Feel free to give feedback, and post your version of an ECW dream card whether you want to lsit just a few dream matches, one show or a dream tour like I did. This was done between 3 and 4am so chances are i may have left out someone important or a big match if so opps, but i think this looks good. I'd love to see these guys in their prime perform these amtches, and I know some these amtches have happened before, but I'd love tos ee them again especially on a grand stage like this. Also some people might question my judgement to put the Day 6 Main Event before the Day 7 Main event, but that was just a personal preference if a a Dream Tour liek this occured I think those three deserve to be the final match and would make it worth it.
