"Casino," he says coldly, "why do you offer me a title match with such circumstances? You think I have forgotten what happened to D!?" He looks down and shakes his head.
"Casino. . . " he sighs, "I decline. For more reasons than one, I will not explain. Seems the circumstances do not fit together. I am so far out of your ranks and yet have an offer? No. I simply can not accept."
He looks down at a pile of gold title pieces on the floor---
