I thought I should take the opportunity and thank each and everyone of you that are participating in the Tag Team Invitational before the first round's RP cycle is over with. Everyone who has RP'd has done a very good job. Those of you that I am not as familiar with have really impressed me. Those of you that I know have really stepped up their game, in my opinion, from the already stellar work that you do for your tag teams.
Okay... some notes:
Clarified RP Deadline
I realized a little too late that my RP Deadline wasn't specific because I'm a little scatter-brained from time to time, so from here on out I'll make sure that I say 11:59 instead of midnight. Most people who were concerned gave me an e-mail to make sure, but they shouldn't have had to.
Next RP cycle deadline will be the that day at 11:59PM Central time... and I will be sure to post it in each RP thread.
Location
The location of the entire tournament is in Los Angeles at the Staples Center. This is MCW's large event venue. MCW is a smaller promotion that has new leadership (in storyline) who has a considerable amount of money. He's chosen to invest a good portion of it into the Tag Team Invitational.
Challenges
After this round, we will need some other matches to fill out the card. Be sure to tell your friends that they have an opportunity to get some really interesting matchups onto a card!
Prize Update
The two contracts for posers have been completed and will be ready for the winners of the tournament. Keep in mind, the winning handlers can do what they wish with the contracts after I inform Lebron who he is doing the poser for.
If the tag team has two handlers, then each handler can choose any character they want for a poser. They don't have to use it for their character in the tourney if they don't want to.
If the tag team has one handler, that person is lucky enough to get two poser contracts if he is doing it for his tag team. Otherwise, he will get one poser contract to choose a different character.
The only problem I am facing is for the trophy image. If anybody knows somebody who would create two similar but slightly different trophy JPG images, tell them to contact me. The few leads I have received have been dead ends and I want those images for the winners and MCW's archives!
Judging
Each match will be judged by three individuals. Majority rules. Names of voters will not be released until the end of the tournament to keep people from swaying votes.
Feedback Wanted For Round 2!
I am trying to make round 2 as seemless as possible with the holidays fast approaching. I am thinking of either making the deadline for RPs much longer(with a 3 RP limit instead of 2) and then giving me just before Christmas until right after New Years's to write it, or giving a just a little longer to RP and giving me much longer (still until right after the New Year) to write it.
Let me know what you think!

Thanks again to everyone participating. Hopefully the last four teams who haven't RP'd yet will do so. If they do not, then I might exercise my creative control to make sure things end very fairly going into the second round!
