I would like to set in motion the idea that anyone who no-shows without reason while Bo is in charge should be removed, whether it was their first or hundreth no show. It looks to me like guys are taking advantage of the fact that Ryan isn't around and they're slacking off. But what do I know, I'm just a doctor!
