As Joseph Winchell announced on TNF:
Tuesday Night Fights for August 1, headlined by D! vs Static for the belt, will take place when the NAPW's Champion Ship makes port at Anchorage, Alaska. The rest of the time? NAPW superstars and fans will be ON THE ALASKAN CRUISE. Friday Night Action! will be taped from Anchorage, as well.
Winchell's been planning this for a while, he just kept it a secret.
So the deal is, RP wise: Your wrestlers are ON THE FREAKING CRUISE SHIP. Play it up however you want. Do your standard RP "at the restaurant bar". Hit the swimming pool. Rock it with honeys. Enter some dance contest. Eat at the buffet nothing but lobster. It's not a caribbean cruise (we'll do that one day), but look up Alaska cruises... they're pretty darn gorgeous, and it's hot right now in the Pacific Northwest.
That's your RP challenge. Interact with NAPW fans or other wrestlers as little or as much as you want. The most important note is this:
If you RP without noting that you're on the Alaska cruise, your RP will NOT count towards your match. If your wrestler can not make this show (due to other wrestling commitments or whatever), let me know and I won't book your guy.

Even though we'll all be on a giant ship, I believe our hearts will go on.

I'm not bookable for the August 1st show I like the concept, but it would conflict with Kidd being elsewhere for part of this time. Kidd can't be in two places at once so he'd either have to fly in for the Friday Night action tapings or have to be left off this set of shows, because the cruise would conflict with him appearing at OPW's big 100th show. Sorry for the hassle, if this is the last set of shows before the vacation let me know and maybe we can work something out storylinewise tht makes sense, I just wanna keep it realistic and not have my character in two palces at the same time whenever possible lol.

just a clarification. If I do four rp's, but in one fail to mention being on an Alaskan cruise, then that rp does not count? (but the other three do?)

Not necessarily.
You can do a totally normal RP on the cruise, right? Like an "in the darkness Ravager speaks" RP. That doesn't contradict the cruise.
But if Ravager is "on Whyte Avenue" for an RP, SPECIFICALLY, well, that doesn't work at all. You can't do anything that contradicts being on the cruise.
if you creatively use the situation, well, that's bonus points. =D

A quick question.... What's the rp limit for a handicap match? Does the team with three members do the 6 man standard rp limit and the 4 member team do an 8 man standard rp limit? It's quality over quantity but they are damn good rpers and I'd like to know if its a true handicap match and 6 rps versus 8 rps so i can plan it out with DX.

Handicap Match RP limit is:
Eight per side. So the handicapped split eight RPs between three, the other team gets eight between four divided any way possible. HAHAHAHAHA I'm evil.
=D=D=D
The Four Corner match is four RP limit per wrestler.

TOMORROW you start RPing for the cruise! Everybody's made their way to Vancouver by flying or car by now and the ship leaves tomorrow morning.
If you're RPing for Action!, well, technically Action! is taped the same night as TNF. So even before the results go up you're technically on the cruise.
I'm fudging reality, obviously. You can do an RP at a realistic stop on the way to Anchorage... but hey, might as well keep it on the ship. We'll do like Holland America and the ships are huge, man. Bball and volleyball courts, casino, tons of bars and lounges, swimming pools.
Oh yeah: And hopefully we'll see Tommy in a dress on a date with Ainsley on the romantic open sea. *sigh*
