I've never gotten to see a lot of ECW before, but if that Zombie thing is an example, I can't say it looks like much. Is this ECW, or is this Vince making a joke? What an embarrasment for the Sandman too. 15 minutes into the show, and the best thing that's happened included Edge and Cena.

Crud, three-quarters of the way thru this thing, and we've had two crummy matches, a Zombie, a vampire/werewolf thing, and the worlds most boring strip-tease, to be followed with (sigh) a battle royale? Even the re-cap of the Taz-Lawler match was boring. Would it have been beyond these two guys to have a decent match?

It's Vince's ECW making fun of Sci Fi, which is also pissing off Real ECW fans.

It's also using a Smackdown audience as an ECW audience. Big mistake, since the last thing a 10-year-old Mysterio-mask-wearing youngster needs to see is Sandman drinking beer and taking people down with kendo sticks, or a girl who's ready to "bare it all" for ECW.

And jobbing out Justin Credible, former ECW champion, in a minute and a half? OH MY GAWD! At least they didn't reference him as such.

This was worse than a WCW Thunder episode. Heyman must be devastated.

Hopefully, they'll realize that the only way to make this work is to completely separate this brand. No Raw/Smackdown interference, smaller shows, audiences that are actually the demographic.
