I know some of you cats are like me and attend your local independent wrestling promotions so this story will make you laugh. Actually it'll make anyone laugh, but that's besides the point -
the set up: 2nd match of the night and the heel (X-Cal) comes out first and starts to taunt the crowd and such. I mean he's a "bad guy" right? they do that.
the first mistake: From the crowd a guy in his early twenties jumps to his feet, goes over the ring barricade and stands at ringside yelling something at the heel. The heel playful knocks the hat off the guys head waiting for security to come over and get the guy out there.
the second mistake: Uh, security was nowhere to be seen (don't ask me what they were doing cause I didn't see anyone) and thus the fans slides into the ring and tries what looked like a double leg take down on X-Cal. The heel however simply kicked the dude square in the face and it was on like donkey kong.
the brawl: The fan is for whatever reason trying to actually put X-Cal in some kinda hold (while getting punched over and over again) and the deranged fan's brother or friend or whoever - HE - jumps the barricade and slides into the ring - no security STILL!
the aftermath: About 3 seconds after the second fan hits the ring the locker room empties and the two fans are "ejected" from the building and arrested.
the sad part: X-Cal, the heel who got jumped by two stupid ass fans still had to do the j-o-b to a fat guy named Pork Chop. Reason #102 why you shouldn't be a wrestler.
All in all....It was fun to watch and well worth my 5 bucks!

it's called steel rage pro wrestling and it's based here in oklahoma. I'm sure there are about 800 X-Cals running around the indy scene as we speak to give you an idea of how poorly they're funded....their championships? They're those minature WWE kids belts you can buy at Wal-Mart. Alas it's the only game in town and I'm sure they need my $5

Too bad he and Rexx (Andrew) always tried to fight Malveasor... oh wait... Malveasor was an ass. Kudo's to Juan and Andrew! Note - Rexx and eXcaliber were a tag team... and when i saw there was a Rex Caliber (yay Bo!) here - i thought maybe it was some sort of Juandrew or something.

Cade is a cool guy, same with Mitch Carter. Two of like four dudes in SRPW who know how to actually do more than -
punch kick legdrop dropkick clothesline
Also Cade is the whittest person I've seen - kinda like a real life Casper.

He's an absolute doll, and he's a great writer.
Too bad politics killed our friendship. I miss the guy.
