i am quit board right now so i figureed i would tell you about the new scare in ontario manliy around my area i belive so here it goes

There is a new gang in town and there intiation is to drive along the highway or back roads with there lights off and if a passing car flashes there lights at them they have to chase them down well shooting at them...they dont have to actually kill them jsut shoot at there car.

now how (BLEEP)ed is that this is canada mother (BLEEP)ers give up the gangster (BLEEP) and drink a beer and get some bever..

Completely insane but I do believe stuff like this is inspired by urban legends, movies and television shows. Certain things give already twisted people ideas and in turn when they act on those ideas, more material is based off of them and add further to the cycle of monkey see monkey do.

That is a complete urban legend. An email warning people about this was sent to several workplaces in Edmonton, including my own. It's never been documented as happening.
