Damn tragic man, just tragic. You should learn to cook for your mom and just buy a bottle of boons-farm.

If restaurants make you angry, forty year old women with tatoos on just above their butts will make you laugh lol

Hey guys, I'm the sous-chef of a pretty upscale restaurant on Nantucket Island, Ma, USA, and I hear where Ryan's coming from... I love to dine, drink wine, new foods, but the prices are a little stiff...Certainly when you look at the wages that cooks are making these days...One trip to NYC cost me $1000.00US in fine dining bills alone... Here's a website for my restaurant, American Seasons, you tell me what you think of the prices... www.americanseasons.com

If I'm ever in Nantucket, I'm taking my beautiful bride to your place for a romantic date. The only thing the site doesn't tell me is what the restaurant itself looks like and service quality. I am going to imagine it is a fine-casual restaurant at lowest, with professional servers to go with a professional kitchen.
I would pay those prices for the kind of unique, one-of-a-kind and quality dining experience American Seasons would provide. I wouldn't go there regularly, but I would go. I'm paying for art and a chef's artistic and culinary vision, I'm paying for the service, the hand-painted tables and atmosphere, I'm paying for hella high quality food.
All restaurants are over-priced. What is bothering me is the continual price-gouging going on in casual franchise restaurants that do not offer anything spectacular in service, food or atmosphere. I should not pay as much as Moxie's as I do at The Keg, much less Sorrentino's. Dig?

P.S. I don't know what half the things on the American Seasons menu are, so it scares me. Then again, my fine dining is a two pound steak at the Texas Roadhouse. Mmmm, steak.

Not to sure about the electircal company but that just goes to show how small this world is.
I'm not from New England, I'm a Newfoundland born and raised and I'll be one til I die...But, I do like New England a lot...Go Pats!
