Hey all,
any ideas for a replacement for Pred/Travelli? I wouldn't mind seeing Diamond & Axe go at it, or maybe a Lobo title defense, or somethin' somethin'. It's short notice --- I don't want to throw people in a match and have them get pooched, so let me know.

Why do you want a replacement? The grudge match was a great idea. Maybe change it to Pred/KVH if it's because Travelli can't RP...

Hey Prez I think you need to keep that Traveli Vs Predator match I mean its already advertised on the Big banner and i would love to see Predator Destroy traveli at sole survivor.

It's been established that the card is subject to change. Heck, how many times has the poster changed over the Tag Title match?
How fair is it to Travelli (who's not able to roleplay) to lose in a match just because his computer is down?
Now if he made this message, say, on Monday night, a few hours before Sole Survivor? Then I could see a squash justified.

Writing a squash once somebody has given you fair warning that they aren't going to be able to roleplay for a card sets up a bad precedent in which there is absolutely no reason to give notice. Why do people the courtesy of letting them know that you have a legitimate reason for not being around if they're just going to job you out anyway?

I've known he's having problems and he gave notice of his availability well before the Saturday night deadline. Predator defeated KVH on MNF, so I don't see much point in having that match again. Predator's mowed through Travelli's lackeys, cost him matches, etc. This feud needs to BLOW OFF. No more lackeys. No more cop-outs. That's all in character. OOC, hopefully The Don will be back when NAPW is back from the break and you boys can blow that feud off then. Ding! |
