Some questions from a fan

Hey guys:

My name is Dave and I am a long time e-fedder. I found this site on RoughKut and was really impressed with the look of this fed. I plan to stick around as a fan, and when there is a new spot on the roster I hope to apply.

I have a few quick questions...

I really like the fact that NAPW is a smaller regional fed but is part of the larger UWP. My question is...

Is there a main UWP site which lists all the region and member feds of the UWP?

Do you guys have much contact with the UWP, and if so, how often?

Is there a UWP "World" champ who defends in each territory, or do you guys run supercards with all the smaller member feds?

Just wondering, and trying to get a feel for how things work around here.

Hey Dave, appreciate the props.

Regarding anything UWP, we've actually left the UWP (i'm going to update that soon.) There was going to be joint shows and UWP Champion and such, but UWP itself has been pretty unorganized.

For all intents and purposes NAPW is a completely independent promotion.

We may or may not join a different umbrella in the future.

Hey, Dave! Cool to see that there are some spectators to our modest fed.

The Pres can back me up on this, but I'm pretty sure that we were allied with UPW for a time, but we've since separated from them.

There was SUPPOSED to be a inter-promotional card going on, but it never happened. SO we took a vote, and decided that UPW wasn't doing much for us as an organization.

Of course, now I see that Pres replied to you before I did. Just want to say thanks for watching. Now, who's your favourite wrestler? Huh? HUH?

Like there is any question about this, he has to be a Freak of Nature. Cheering for Rex and Static is the only cool thing to do here, besides chat about Brion behind his back.

Well, I have been keeping my eye on this fed for a few months. I have been in the same fed for years now, and have won every title I can there except one. I have been using the same character for over 5 years, and in character he is 44. I have created a fictional nephew for this character, and I would REALLY like to have him get his start and have a career in NAPW.

So, I have been watching to see how quickly the shows are posted, the quality of the promos, and things like that. I am not too familiar with each character yet, but two of the characters which have impressed me so far as Chris Casino and Predator. I do plan to read much more of all of your work though.

It's too bad that NAPW is not part of the larger UWP concept anymore, since that really reminded me of the old NWA days, with the territory system...but if they were unreliable then what can you do?

I've been running e-feds since pretty much 1998. I took a loooong hiatus before opening NAPW.

NAPW is full of so many good characters it's unbelievable. D!, Ravager, D-X, Doomriders, Crimes, Dudes, the list goes on. Reality is, the talent makes this fed as cool as we think it is, and has developed into a strong community.

The one thing that I stand by is to get shows up on time, without fail. Tonight's was a bit later than normal but as a rule of thumb each show is up for Primetime Television. We have yet to miss a single day. I have a great group of match writers to help. People write no more than a match a show and I edit it together and write main events.

Other than that, I like the idea of a gimmick you have. Give us a couple of weeks to settle in the current crop of new people and I think we'll find room for one more.
