Pure fiction. It's about as real as a "Fiji mermaid" or a "Jackalope" My theory about the dead farm animals is simple. In Puerto Rico there resides some of the world's largest vampire bats. I can only assume that the "goat suckers" are big bats (some of which are big enough to snatch small cats) who have attacked the farm animals thus creating the legend. That is my "official" goat sucker stance.
