While browsing the WWE site I glanced at their "Hall of Fame" section and noticed several glaring omissions. With that, and since I'm bored, I give you my pick for the 2006 inductees of the WWE Hall Of Fame.
1. Road Warriors - The team of the 80's and early 90's. Also the very first tag team I saw on TV. How can these guys NOT be in the HOF? 2. Funk Brothers - Terry & Dory Funk could do it all. Technical wrestling to brawling. Let's not forget that Terry Funk is still semi wrestling at 107 years of age. Take that Flair! 3. Ricky Steamboat - The ultimate face. A great wrestler and maybe the only guy to NEVER be a heel. 4. Dusty Rhodes - Ugh, never a favorite of mine but his contributions to the sport can't be denied. 5. Wahoo McDaniel - The first wrestler I ever saw live. He was one of my all time favorites for ages. His strap matches with Rick Rude? Classic. (geez I feel old) 6. The Sheik - The most over heel in the 50's and 60's. Classic bloodbaths with Freddie Blassie. 7 . Bret Hart - I've heard the rumors about his induction. Do I think he'll show? Hard to tell. But he belongs in the HOF regardless.
Well, that's my two cents worth.

Dusty Rhodes makes me wanna piss, crap, and vomit all at the same time. His stupid accent is annoying, he couldn't wrestle his way out of a paper bag, and he looks like he lives in a trailer park. Definitely not a favorite of mine, I think there are others that deserve it more than him, like...
Ricky Steamboat...WrestleMania 3, 'nuff said. Plus his matches with Flair are considered the best of all time...he definitely belongs there, and it'd be cool to see Flair induct him.
Randy Savage! Is he in already, or am I missing something? He was awesome, he's the reason I got hooked on wrestling when I was a kid. He even made Warrior look good at WrestleMania 7...and then again at SummerSlam '92. WrestleMania 4 was his crowning moment, WrestleMania 5 he made Hogan look like a ring general, then he went to WCW and they wasted him, but man, he has to be inducted at some point, he was great.
Bret Hart...absolutely. However, I think I read somewhere that he said he wouldn't show up to accept the induction. I'm as big a Bret Hart mark as they come, but he's starting to annoy me with this crap. He needs to put this Survivor Series garbage behind him and stop being a martyr. I wish he'd show up, do the angle with Vince and HBK, put it to rest and move on with his life.
Miss Elizabeth...first lady of wrestling, instrumental in most of Randy Savage's storylines...she should be in there if she's not already.
Curt Hennig...if he's not already, he should be in there as well.
Jake Roberts...
Ted DiBiase...
Some of these guys are probably already in, I forget who they've inducted already.
