Okay folks, I've done this in other feds so I figured ~ why not NAPW? Anyway, this is basically a monthly thing I do where I list movies you can find at Blockbuster or your local video store to watch. As Evan Cartwright can tell you, I have odd tastes in flicks. Some of the following movies you know and have seen, others you need to check out. Why? Cause they're good bitch! List For January - In No Order
1. Mean Creek ~ Indy Flick 2. Bully ~ Indy Flick / True Story 3. Broken Flowers ~ Bill Murry in a great performance 4. Undead ~ Zombies and aliens woohoo! 5. Dead And Breakfast ~ Dancing zombies! 6. Ghost World ~ Indy flick / weird chicks 7. I'm Not Afraid ~ foreign flick / great twists and turns 8. The Hole ~ Indy flick / Murder mystery & a great cast 9. Rushmore ~ Another bill murry gem 10. The Audition ~ Foreign flick / one word - creepy And that's it for my January picks!

Hmm . . . a bit of Bill Murray there. What did you think of The Life Aquatic, man?

It was okay, kinda slow & pointless though.

It was okay, kinda slow & pointless though. I KILL YOU! <lunges> No, seriously, to each his own, but I've never seen a Wes Anderson movie I consider pointless...

Undead- loved that one, as I also liked Dead And Breakfast. Audition is creepy but takes a while to build up. I enjoyed Rushmore, but it wasn't my favorite Wes Anderson film (Royal Tannenbaums is still my favorite).
If you like obscure/cult horror, I have two words for you :
High Tension.
Trust me on this one.

What if I like light comic relief and fart jokes? Any new releases (no pun intended) for me?

I'd go with Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle for farts and jokes. great flick.
And DAMN you! I forgot about The Royal Tennanbaums! Hilraious.
High Tension is killer BUT the final 10 minutes kill the entire movie. It basically leaves a lot of unaswered questions. Like...How could she crash her car if she was driving the truck at the same time? (that will only make sense to the people who saw it lol)
