Haha, it is the internet. =)


CNXmusic.com spent one year pushing pretty hard, we managed to do a few interviews and put up TONS of reviews (shows, concerts, books, DVDs). That stuff is in the 'archive' link It's since been redesigned to be a very casual webzine with content mostly contributed by me and more focused on the local scene.

our sites being made right now by some company we gave a sack of money to. Haha.

so right now, no site. We have a myspace, but i barely update it and it has old songs on it. Half the bands we have are in the studio right now recording their debut cd's.

I guess i can tell you about it for now. I've had it about 1 year and a half. Working the Ontario scene to death. We don't focus on any genre (i grew up on metal.. so my first love is metal.. mainly Isis, Old Man Gloom, Ion Dissonance, Knut... "tech" and "math" metal if you will.) because in my opinion its better to have a number of styles to promote. So we have some acoustic acts, some experimental hip hop, some grindcore, and some stoner metal.

One of our accoustic artists is working on her first electronic album. So a lot will be happening in 2006.

13 Blessings (kinda like deftones meets Sleep. great stoner and metal fuse.)
Anne Moniz (we havent released her accoustic album yet, because we wanted to release it as a "b" album to her electronic one she is doing.)
Pardon My Goat (grindcore)

i dont play. I've tried for years, tried and failed. LOL So instead of playing i got into the business of it.

so i started a record label called Funereal Records.

Business is in my blood. My dad has a business, my Grandpa did, my Great Granpa did. etc etc, so its basically what i'm really good at. haha
