Since we're heading into our first big event and the end of our first month as a fed, I want to see what people's favorite matches are and why?
Not just the main events, there's been some good solid mid-card matches as well.

Axe vs The Beast -Just a really well-written match by D! with lots of humour and good hardcore action, with a brilliant finish.
Lobo vs Ravager -I wasn't even sure where to go with this one at first, but it ended up being one of my favorite matches when I finished it today. It ended clean (relatively) too, a rarity in the Static/Lobo/Ravager feud.
Plague/D II -Either match is good, but I think the second one is stronger. Much stronger storyline to it than the first, which is still a great action-packed match.
Bill Fleming/Ravager -BWAHAHAHAHAHA.

In chronological order:
DRAGON vs. PLAGUE: NAPW Title
A great clash of styles with a great build-up in NAPW's first week. Both wrestlers worked their best and the sick finish established Plague as a solid NAPW Champion. D! marked out for this match, and so did I.
RAVAGER (c) vs. STATIC: Provincial Title (1)
I make no bones about how I think storylines make or break matches. So like Dragon / Plague, we have two very different styles strutting their stuff, shooter vs. extreme lucha libre, and we have NAPW's first honest-to-goodness swerve: Bill Fleming joins Static. Provincial Title Fever gained its legs here, and we were talking about this match the next day.
RAVAGER vs. BILL FLEMING
Let me say that Ravager always has great matches, but that this has got to be the exception to the rule. Still, the emotional stakes were high as the wrestler that fans were begrudgingly starting to care about took a small amount of satisfaction creaming one of the guys who screwed him.
MISERY vs. MIRAGE
It's not a Benoit / Angle classic, but look at how Stylin' Kyle wrote this match in a way that sums up these two monsters' feud with each other. It's brutal, it's emotional, it's visceral. It's what their roleplays would have looked like in match form, and it's to Kyle's credit that he translated it so easily.

Lessee here...In no particular order:
Kyle Roberts vs. The Fixer vs. Static - I'll go on record as saying that this three-way was just everywhere, and it was the match that really threw in the first swerve that I saw in the fed: Facey mcFacington The Fixer hiring Ravager to screw with the match. Too bad Ravager decided to use his own judgement to give Kyle the win.
Axe vs. Bruce Richards - Like the Pres said, just a fun match to read. Loaded with a few in-jokes from D! to Bruce and I, but not too inside. Also, a great finish that's giving D-X enough things to roleplay with for the next week up to Black Thursday.
D! vs. Plague II - Just a grueling match, but one that you didn't know how it was going to finish. No fancy finishes or stipulations, just a beating from both sides.
J.C. Cook vs. Mirage - When the Pres told me how he wanted the match to play out, it took me a bit of thinking to decide how I wanted to book it. Adding the minions gave me a lot of ways for Mirage to try to cheat, so I enjoyed writing it.
To be honest, it was hard for me to choose in some cases. There hasn't been a card yet that I haven't enjoyed. Reading towards the finish in most of these matches is half the fun.
I'm sure we'll be looking at a lot of well-written matches in the future, though. Especially now that the Pres has brought a few of us on board to write matches. It's anyone's guess who'll come on with a brilliant take that nobody saw coming.

My favorites so far:
Static vs Ravager II - I just enjoyed how the match was built up, even if Ravager lost the title.
Plague vs D! II - great build up again, and further proof that D! is no fluke.
Ravager vs. Bill Fleming - I begged and pleaded for this match. and the outcome was even better than I hoped.
Axe vs Bruce Richards - hardcore matches can be so fun.
