"Ari, I told you. I can't afford to keep you on anymore."
The video opens with that line on a black screen. The picture fades in to a well-furnished office, with a view overlooking downtown Calgary. The Saddledome is faintly visible in the distance. The man from the first video sits in a simple leather chair on the near side of a large desk, and a short man with a shaggy black beard sits on the other. He furrows his brow, and leans forward on the desk, fingers steeped under his face.
"I've been your agent for two years. I stayed with you when no one else would touch you, and now you're gonna drop me? After I took the trouble to move my offices up here to Calgary? Listen, Ca$h --"
"First off, outside the ring, I'm Casey. It's been that way forever. Secondly, who paid for this office? Who paid for you to expand from a dinky one office building in Seattle to the entire 31st floor of the Canterra Tower? Who was your only client for the first six months you were in the business? Who made you into a super-agent? You owe me, Ari."
A contemplative look crosses Ari's face, and he leans back in his chair, looking at the ceiling. He closes his eyes, and exhales slowly.
"Listen, man. I know it's gotta be tough to lose me as a client. You're gonna miss that 12%, I can tell." A wry smile crosses Ari's face. "But unless you're willing to represent me for free, I can't afford you anymore."
"I thought you had your mom's fortune? They called you the Billion Dollar Kid for a reason, didn't they?"
It's Casey's turn to smile, now.
"It's hard to inherit billions form your mom when your dad isn't dead, remember?"
"Ah, right. That was quite the complicated issue, wasn't it? Good thing you had a quality legal team to sort it all out."
Casey can only roll his eyes.
"Yeah, they were so good, they only managed to let me lose everything I owned, instead of everything I owned and everything I planned to own. Crack team, Ari."
"I do my best. What's with the camera, anyway?"
"It's the new job. They want to document my first few days in the country for the specal features of their DVD or something."
Ari looks into the camera for the first time.
"Well, it's gotta go. Client/agent priviledge, you know?"
Casey looks at the camera, shrugs, and motions toward the door. The cameraman stands and leaves, and the screen fades to black.
