Promo begins as "The Show" is unlocking the door to his hotel room at The Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto. He walks in surveys the room and heads off to the fitness center.
Show: Now I am sure everyone is like why the hell should I care how "The Show" grew up? I mean what does he want sympathy or something?
"The Show" gets his usual cocky grin on his face and continues to talk.
Show: Hell no that ain't what "The Show" wants. I mean anyone who knows anything knows that Kentucky boys don't like charity, and I don't want or expect any from the 29 others in the royale. But, I did have a reason to let you in on my little secret, and that was so you know and understand their is a dark side to the true PTPer. A dark side that everyone that gets in my way during the royale will experience first hand!
"The Show" walks into the fitness center and decides to start off with cardio on the stair-master then the treadmill.
Show: I mean let's all be serious we all know that there is some truth to the old sayings that nice guys finish last, do to others before they do to you, and it ain't cheatin' if you don't get caught. Well, I going to do whatever it takes to come out on top in the royale. I mean this is like the Willy Wonka's Golden Ticket only better. I mean the winner gets a shot at the NAPW champion. Hell, that's what it's all about. Don't get me wrong I ain't going to turn into Casino or any other member of the Untouchables and start thinking I am above the rules, but I am going to do whatever it takes...whatever it takes to win the royale!
"The Show" looks around and decides to go to the free weight area to continue his workout.
Show: I looking at Sole Survivor as a rebirth of "The Show" Chad Kurtis. I mean we are know that I am the best true wrestler in the business. We all know I got the looks that make the girls look twice. We are know that I am the innovator of offense, the last 'Action!' hero, The true PTPer! But, come Sole Survivor I will also be the number one contender for the NAPW championship. To the doubter out there you know it's like the old saying goes don't hate the playa...hate the game! Because my name is "The Show" Chad Kurtis and wrestling is my game!
