We are at the NAPW training facility. Three rather large wrestlers are waiting around. Ravager enters, walks over to them. Josh Reynolds goes out to meet him.
Josh : I am standing with the former NAPW Provincial Champion, Ravager. Now Ravager, why have you asked for this time?
Ravager: I was going to let things be. I sent out my little tape this morning, but apparently it had little effect on Static and Bill Fleming. I was disappointed. Confused. I mean, any normal person would have been horribly intimidated if they saw that. And then I stopped to think. Normal person. I think it's safe to say that Static and Bill Fleming are anything but normal.
Josh: That is an understatement.
Ravager: And I realized why I'm having so much trouble with Static. I'm trying to play mind games with a man who's already lost his. Smashing a clock isn't going to scare them. On the other hand...
He points to the three wrestlers waiting outside the ring.
Ravager: You see these three men? They represent the future of this company. I have seen their progress. Each one of them has the skill to one day be a champion in NAPW. So watch this little clinic and learn Static. And Bill Fleming, you may want to take some notes as well.
Ravager gets into the ring, and motions for the first man to enter. The rookie offers a hand shake to Ravager. Ravager accepts, then flattens him with a forearm smash to the face. The rookie is startled, but gets up and lunges at Ravager. Ravager sidesteps, then slaps on a dragon suplex, dropping the rookie on his head. Ravager covers the rookie for a pinfall.
Ravager: This kid was too trusting, I won't have it that easy against...
Ravager is interrupted by the second wrestler, who drop kicks him from behind. The rookie lays some boots into Ravager's back, then slaps on a front facelock. Ravager struggles for a moment. He manages to get to his knees, then slowly stands up, twists and works his way out of the hold. Ravager and the rookie go to lock up, but Ravager instead knees him in the gut. A few punches to the head, then Ravager Irish Whips the rookie into the corner. Ravager charges, but misses, as the rookie grabs Ravager and attempts a German suplex. Ravager elbows the rookie in the head, then sets up for what looks like a vertical suplex. Instead Ravager perches the rookie on the top rope. Ravager then applies a vicious muscle buster. The rookie is motionless as Ravager gets the pin.
Ravager: See, he had the right idea. Just wasn't hungry enough I guess.
Ravager is floored by a chairshot to the back. We see the third rookie. He has donned a luchadore mask, and is swinging his chair madly.
Rookie: You're nothing Ravager! Static is the future of this company, and all the boys in the back know it! We know who to model our careers after! Static beat you once, and he'll beat you again! All you're going to do is suck his voo-...
Ravager interrupts this rant with a vicious shot to the rookies groin. As the rookie doubles over, Ravager lays in several vicious chairshots to the rookies head and back.
Ravager: The sad thing is, this kid might have had a decent career.
Ravager removes the top turnbuckle pad. He places the near unconscious rookie on top.
Ravager: Hey Bill! Take a look into your future!
Ravager delivers the super brainbuster to the rookie. The rookie is out like a light. Ravager pulls off the rookie's mask, the places it on the ring post.
Ravager: Hey Static, you like books right? (pointing at the mask) Remember Lord of the Flies? (chuckles)
Josh: Ravager, what do you think you've proven?
Ravager: (glaring at Josh) Proven? That one on one, I am unstoppable. Every match since my debut, I've had some jackass running in and ruining things. Tomorrow night, there'll be no run ins. And that means when I get my rematch with Static, it'll be one on one, because his manager will be just like this poor misguided soul here (points to the still unconscious rookie) Broken, bleeding, and done with the wrestling business. Now if you're finished Josh, I've had enough of a workout today.
Josh: Just one more question... (grabs Ravager's arm to stop him)
Ravager: Josh. I hope you still have that can of mace D! gave you.
Josh stops, reaches into his coat pocket. Then his other pocket. His eyes widen. He quickly lets go of Ravager.
Josh: (meekly) I can't wait to see your match tomorrow.
Ravager: It's going to be a fun night, that's for sure.
Ravager smirks as he walks out.
