Samoa Joe's last ROH match is one week before TNA's Destination X PPV, leading to speculation he will challenge Christian Cage for the title and win it at that show. The original plan was for Joe to win the belt after losing the Iron Man Match, leading to Kurt Angle challenging for it.
TNA is trying to install a policy whereby any of their talent contracted to an independent show could only wrestle other TNA talent on that show. They don't want their stars losing to local workers or being involving in contradictory storylines elsewhere. They made the decision to pull Joe out from ROH and Gabe Sapolsky is expected to phase out the few TNA stars left there, mainly Christopher Daniels, Austin Aries and Homicide, and push non-contracted stars in main spots. Joe, A.J. Styles and other TNA talent may still be booked for ROH shows in the future but they will not be a major part of the promotion again.
TNA is planning an Elevation X match to debut at Destination X. It is basically a Scaffold Match for the X Division guys.
Christy Hemme is expected to start managing a tag team to feud with VKM soon.
Morale is worsening among the undercard wrestlers, particularly the ones earning up to $500 per show, because of having to pay for hotel rooms and transport now. Several are staying six to a room to save on expenses.
After Kip James made numerous disparaging remarks about the product in an interview last week, TNA is going to enforce stricter guidelines about future media appearances. Anybody doing an unauthorised interview will be fined one PPV pay-off.

TNA has become a lost cause for me. :-[
regarding the Kid James thing if I ran the place I would fire his ass in a heartbeat. It's not like the VKM are actually wrestling or anything.
Joe winning the belt would rock but I wouldn't want to see another Joe vs Angle match so soon after their 3 match series.

that itself is the beauty of VKM. They're leading this stupid charge against "dumb comedy sketches" that take the place of wrestling....but then you realize THEY ARE A DUMB COMEDY SKETCH! AND THEY NEVER WRESTLE!
That's when your head explodes. TNA absolutely sucks, I can't wait to see my ROH show. I know I just totally bailed on TNA after singing their praises not too long ago, but Vince Russo is the worst booker in wrestling history. So there.

Russo kills everything he touches. when he booked WWF/WWE, they were longing to WCW. When he booked WCW, he helped but them out of buisiness. Now he's doing the same with TNA. How many times does history have to repeat itself before the Sports Entertainment world realizes how shitty he is?

russo is a feeb. plain and simple. end of story.
as for TNA, Joe, Kip James etc... Screw Kip James for one thing. I haven't seen him have a good match since the days of The Smoking Gunns and that was pretty bad. Mind you, he had good mic skills... Had. I haven't dug any of his work since D-X and even that got dry. "he went to the well one to many times; King."
Joe would be sweet as champ. Angle is... well, he's a douche but a great wrestler.
TNA is retarded for making people pay for their own hotels and then asking them not to go onto other cards... I mean seriously. do they want them to starve?

I can appreciate TNA not wanting their guys to get injured on an indie show or made to look bad. It's logical to keep guys they're pushing huge and banking off of indie shows.
But TNA is NOT WWE. Most of their guys are NOT being paid very much money. WWE mid-card guys have to spring for their own hotel and car rental, but even low-card WWE guys are getting a helluva lot more than 3-500 a month. TNA seems to be telling all their mid-card guys that they're worth nothing to them. "We don't have money to cover your hotels because we're paying Sting a half-million dollars. He hasn't brought up our ratings but hey!"
Now I'm not saying Sting isn't worth a half mil. He's a formerly big star and he does have some name value. But if you're Jay Lethal and being told that you're getting all your perks cut, not to mention barely being used on TV except to job, and you see these top five guys getting catered to completely, that's tough.
I think my point is just that: TNA seems to be doing the best they possibly can to just kill morale in their locker room. Also, Kurt Angle is insane.
