Andrew did the Battle Royale challenge
Scott did the TV Title match and Wayne/Nightmare. BOOO WAYNE WRIGHT.
Allan is responsible for the North/Dez tag match.
Christian Soldiers no-showed with no reason, that's a warning. Get ahold of me guys.
Rushmore and Dio Muerte have reasons, so no warnings issued for no-showing.

...I mean if Kenny's the first to do it, then that's some kickass bragging rights I'll have for pretty much ever.
