Hey guys,
I'm going to list NAPW on a bunch of e-wrestling resources. We're not hurting for members but we haven't gotten many new ones lately. Mind you the last crop of rookies is awesome.
So here's the deal. I want to describe NAPW accurately. Here's what I think NAPW is, but what would you offer to my description? How would you describe NAPW to somebody asking what kind of fed it is?
"New Alberta Pro is a roleplay fed based out of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Backed by a strong community of handlers, NAPW is all about in-ring action on the 'indie' level and telling stories through roleplays. E-Wrestlers of all skill levels are welcome to join this e-fed operated by wrestling fans FOR wrestling fans."
It's not bad but I want to know what you guys think of NAPW to really make it sound special in text. Hit me up.

You need to touch on the depth of our shows... that is the big strong point we have over anyone. We also have 5 divisions and around 30 or more characters. Getting lost in the shuffle doesnt really occur, as there is always new challenges and alot of guys to face. We're not a hardcore xtreme fed,and were not WWE.

As an example when we recruit for OPW this is our advertisement speech or what we send people interested in the product Outlaw Pro Wrestling (www.outlawprowrestling.deviouswrestling.net) This is an efed environment the likes of which you have never experienced before with endless choices with endless possibilities at your fingertips. Outlaw Pro Wrestling which has now produced over 100 shows and has been running for two and half years, and is based out of Winston-Salem North Carolina and calls the Battlegrounds Arena its home. There are no censors and the rules that these men and women follow are their own as OPW broadcasts over the web once each week alternating the Showdown and Back Alley format. If you are looking to revel in your own debauchery this is the place to give you that freedom. If you are looking for a place to become the most glorified and battle-tested warrior this place is for you. If your character is looking to change, looking for redemption, this is the place to begin. Sinners, saints, and everything in between are welcome ... so the question is ... do you have the heart of an Outlaw? Details OPW features weekly programming that combines the best of multiple efed environments/styles. The Showdown program is competitive with 3 Promos/RPs every 10 days judged by a panel of peers who are available for questioning but provide feedback up front with each verdict. The Back Alley program is angle based to promote story and roster interaction, and those involved in matches on Back Alley get the first chance to work together to decide the characters¡¦ fates. Back Alley also features The Rumor Mill highlight and interview column to add a new dimension to efed programming. In OPW, while the angles allow you the freedom to push the envelope, all wrestling styles are covered to provide balanced and varied entertainment We have everything from hardcore, to the standard wrestling style, and even our Carolina Coast Championship (C3) division in which DQs, and count outs are strictly enforced. In the C3 division titles change on DQ, Count out or if the fifteen minute time limit expires. In the Southern States (SS) division the title is defended in gimmick matches of the title holders choice (which can be hardcore or more wrestling based like iron man or 2/3 falls). We also have a light heavy weight title, tag team titles, and the OPW Title which is equivalent to the World Title if we were a global federation. Overall we are willing to work with handlers on just about any storyline, and we encourage staff-roster and roster-roster dialogue both on IC matters and OOC. If you would like to check us out drop me a PM or contact me via AIM and I will give you the link to the site as well as our show archives to see the quality of the shows. We just had our big 100th show and are looking for some fresh talent. Currently we are interested in Cruiserweights and tag teams, but are taking applications for all divisions. OOC info about OPW: The main staff of OPW have all been involved in e-fedding for over five years each, some close to 10. The owner Josh took over the company about a year and a half ago when the other owner had to tend to ooc personal issues. Staff members Ben, Josh, and Kidd have been with OPW since it opened. Before taking over ownership of OPW Josh ran DIWF in 2001-2002. OPW¡¦s current staff has worked together in e-fedding since 2002. There is almost someone avaialble 24/7 to help roster emmbers with any questions , concerns or if they want to discuss ideas. Kidd is mostly on at night where you reach other members of staff during the day. The staff of OPW has had succes in various e-feds over the years including, but not limited to OPW, TTW, DIWF, SHOOT, and LEGACY. Some staff members do handle characters in OPW, but currently the owner & President Josh does not . I would aslo like to state that OPW isn¡¦t for everybody, there can be some graphic and unsettling moments, but just like any form of entertainment that is bound to happen. We do try our best to keep everything realistic, but OPW is the home of Outlaws and they got that name for a reason, OPW was built on a foundation of wresters who(in character) no other feds wanted for various reasons. So things can get violent, and weird at times, but we have plenty of diversity to counter act those moments as well. One description I¡¦ve heard of OPW is comparing it to the Tv show Munsters. We look scary and evil at first, but once you get to know us we¡¦re a lovable bunch ƒº At OPW we try and pride ourselves on having something for everyone with our wrestling divisions and characters. We have everything from pure wrestlers to a guy in a hippo suit with a midget sidekick. We have a psychotic sumo and women wrestlers of all types. OPW prides itself on being non-descrimanatory when it comes to gender or race. We do not have a women¡¦s division, but we encourage the women wrestlers (whether handled by male of female) to mix it up with the guys. It adds different styles to the amtch you don¡¦t have to look like Chyna to wrestle guys, sometimes it takes brains over brawn. We hope we have caught your eye with this ad and your imagination with our product. If you have any further questions feel free to contact me here via PM or any of the following staff members on AIM with your questions, or e-mail them to us at OPWstaff@gmail.com AIM Instant Messenger Josh(Craig Carson) - Bear To Fear Kidd/Patt- (Patt Erson) - Cupkake512 Ben (Ben Caban) ¡V DthsGuard Mark (Azrael Goeren) - TheGreatShow Thanks for your time. Sincerely, Kidd and OPW Staff www.outlawprowrestling.deviouswrestling.net

as for the listing, the thing I found to be the most prominent difference between NAPW and the feds from TEAM was our stress upon writing and narrative skill rather than the traditional straight trash talk.
So I'd put some emphasis upon that.
Also effort and consistency is preferred here above some other places (again, our showing at TEAM was always enthusiastic)

No wonder you're Ryan's Right Hand Man. You might mention we're looking for tag teams as well.

Since he hasn't spoken up yet, I know for sure that Devin (The Beast) isn't a wrestling fan. Here's what I got now: "New Alberta Pro is a roleplay fed based out of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Backed by a strong player community, NAPW is all about handler interaction, in-ring action on the 'indie' level and telling stories through roleplays. With an active roster hovering at just over 30 different wrestlers at any time and five title divisions (including a strong tag division and the ROH-modelled "Pure Honor" division), NAPW runs two on-time, well-written "shows" a week. Don't worry about getting lost in the shuffle, there are always new challenges and new opponents to face. The roleplay emphasis is on writing and narrative skill mixed with the classic wrestling "trash talk." Effort and consistency, as well as initiative, are valued in NAPW. E-Wrestlers of all skill levels are welcome to join. NAPW is booked by long-time wrestling fans, but you don't have to be a wrestling fan to have a good time here!"

NAPW is where a all men cast get's together an doe'ss homo stuff with out flinching or taking a second guess at it. Its a all man place, some claim to have woman at there side. But that is just pretend. You wouldn`t have to mention her in a rp if she existed. NAPW is where you can do the nerd shit of living in magic land in the comfort of your own PC room. Much better than your parents basement. Get dumb an stupid in a fake world. NAPW is the place. so join us. Were Sexy an like the semell of ball sweat... Hey got a towel.

Everything I was going to say was already stated but I'll just say this:
I've been hovering around E-W for the past seven years and not until now have I had this much fun participating in a fed. Having quality opponents who actually give it their best and not have my opponent flake every time is motivation enough to keep going. Not to mention the shows which are great reads and just all the work everyone puts into this monster we call NAPW. NAPW is a blast and people would be missing out on true enjoyment if they didn't join. Ok that's not really something to add to the description but... There's my $.1 worth.

I'm truly glad you enjoy your time here... I want NAPW to be a place where everybody from the top-to-bottom of the card has fun and angles, not just the main event. I think some of the best is yet to come.
