I've underestimated both men before. I honestly have no clue for this one. I'm going to say Rex squeaks out a victory, but this won't end here.

I never want to count out Patrick Bickle, because he shocked me once already by winning the Kiniski Cup. But Sick Billy is a hard man to beat.
