What the (BLEEP)? Isn't this the second time in as many weeks that one of your character portrayals that was complained about as being dumber than a bag of hammers turned out to not be the real person but a nefarious imposter? Jon Tees was impersonated Rick Tees was under the influence and cohered into doing things. Everything I do is for a reason this is going somewhere. My next rp will explain everything. The Pimpess was also impersonated. Can't forget her.

Yeah, the scapegoat imposter is gonna make us forgive and forget everything bad that happened. La-dee-da, all better now. The magic band-aid to all of life's little mishaps.
I'm a pretty straight forward guy, I shoot from the hip. Art imitates life and you know what I think about someone or something when I do a RP. But with Tees Bag, can you really tell what's real and what's an act? The lines are too blurred and it's disturbing. We all have a good sense of humor and decency here, but you seem to be one of those annoying pricks who just has to push all the buttons to see how far you can go. I have a cousin who was like that and it always got him an ass-kicking, deserved or not, because of his track record. Think real hard about things if you want your stay here to be a harmonious one.

What I’m about to say places me in somewhat of a bad light with some and makes me appear a bit absent minded but its completely true. I’m really not such a bad guy out of character, I role play when booked unless there’s a very good excuse for not doing so, and I give assistance in the match writing departments if needed although I haven’t had to do the latter here. Its just I’ve been playing an XPW style character for such a long period of time that its difficult to suddenly change over night, but I’m giving it my best efforts. Being I have been and currently am in another fed which encourages this type of style, I sometimes get carried away and forget where I am when writing a role play. Sometimes and I’ll admit this I just don’t think as often as I should when going through the writing process. When negative results follow after the mistake, I am embarrassed, and sometimes try to explain the situation away although this often makes things worse. I am sincerely working on adapting my style, but such a drastic change to me feels like Howard Stern suddenly doing a show on radio Disney. This is the absolute truth.

When negative results follow after the mistake, I am embarrassed, and sometimes try to explain the situation away although this often makes things worse. I think we've hit upon the point here. For me, the thing I shake my head at about "promos con Tees" is that if something does get a bad reaction, you try to play damage control in a second (or even third) post or RP. And usually, these promos just raise more questions, like "How many characters of Jon's have impostors haunting them?" So your characters are seen as wishy-washy and flip-floppy. My other beef is that no person you write sounds like an individual character to me. I can never hear a character's voice in a Tees promo. All I hear is you saying things through anyone who shows up, whether it's Jon, a dominatrix, or a Mexican-American casino boss. That's what irks me. It always sounds so forced and stilted. Those are my thoughts. With that, I head out for juice.

I unlocked the thread. Pit Boss made a request to address the bit about the Platinum Standard and Boss.
If it gets out of hand again, I'll lock 'er back up.

Ahem... Boo. That's right freaks, I'm still around kinda. And as for lets see, character infringement, idea infringement, and so on, don’t make me un-retire and make you look like the big boob that everyone already knows you are. Just reading this thread was painful enough. Established 2002? Whoopee, you made it into the 21st century. Good for you spanky. If you want to play time lines, fine. Try this Pit Boss...est 1998 Gold Standard as a Faction...est 1998 Gold Standard as a Hotel/Resort/Casino...est 1999. See how utterly stupid that argument is? You remind me, and maybe others, but as the boys know, tact and I are not friends…so... You remind me of someone else who we all knew who once retire, and un-retired, and re-retired, and had some of the lamest crap ever written...yes, that's right I mean MATT FLANAGAN!!!! And I’m out... Seriously, don’t make me do it, Diego would cry.
