For me its because WWE is on television, and I already have it set to record weekly on my DVR. I need to remember to do the same for TNA. Other than that, I guess I could watch ROH... IN MY MIND.
And honestly, TNA isn't all-around better than the WWE. Obviously production value is better in the WWE, but for the most part, so is the mic work. Christian is one of the few guys who can talk and not sound like a high school drama production. The X Division is nasty, but I've started to notice that a lot of their matches are just HUGE MOVE pause HUGE MOVE pause HUGE MOVE pause pause HUGE MOVE HUGE MOVE PIN! I'd put Angle v. Benoit up against any match TNA can offer any day of the week.

Am I the only one who doesn't mind Randy Orton?
Sure, when he was champ, he wasn't booked properly, and he lost a bit of confidence due to that, but he's honestly one of the biggest WWE heels in terms of heat.
For a while, he was the best thing about Evolution, and he's proved that he can have some very good matches against the right opponents.
Granted, his backstage behavior leaves a lot to be desired, but you could say that about a lot of wrestlers (JBL a few years back, Goldberg, Nash and Hall, countless others)
As to why I watch WWE: it's definitely got the best production values around, and while it's certainly lost a lot due to the lack of competition, it has some of my favourite wrestlers and guys who really do step up to the plate (Angle and Benoit immediately come to mind).
Sure, the booking leaves a lot to be desired, but the booking's just as bad in, say, TNA, where they keep on pushing old washed-up wrestlers like Scott Steiner overtop their champions.
I'm the kind of guy who checks out the indies as well (you'll usually see me at PWA shows, for instance), so you can't say I'm a WWE zombie. It's just a lot easier to watch a weekly show on the television than it is to hunt down American indy tapes or drive to other towns to watch more indy promotions.
In short, I'm willing to put up with four hours of weekly WWE programming if I'm able to watch Foley/Edge or Benjamin/RVD. To each their own.

I'm on the "Orton was going to be great" train. Until Triple H and then Undertaker spent over a year and a half cutting his balls off month after month. Batista's slow-face turn should've been done with Orton, but they hotshotted it and subsequently killed all of RKO's heat.
Now, I'm glad he didn't win the title at WM because right now he doesn't deserve it. Neither does Rey, but that's neither here nor there. They really need to show more faith in Kurt.
I think the point about WWE being easy to access is true. I want to watch ROH and TNA, but there's a huge problem: It's not anywhere near as easy to watch for me. ROH costs $$$ and mailing time and there's tons to catch up on, and TNA only gets one hour a week. They can't showcase great wrestling in one hour, and I don't buy many PPVs.
I watched Raw last night to see, cos WM sounded interesting, but it was the same old boring crap. So I'm stuck between wanting to watch wrestling, and watching ANY wrestling that comes on TV when it's available. ANyways...

i actually like Randy Orton. Im a fan of his dad, so when he came i was like "sweet".
same thing when Tiger Ali Singh came. They wrecked him pretty quick.
just like they wrecked ortons push. when he's on top, he's a dynamite wrestler.
edit - and i dont even get smackdown or raw - basic cable rocks.

Orton was suspended because of “Unprofessional Conduct.” It stops there, but there have been numerous complaints about Orton coming onto female competitors/diva’s in the locker room and making them uncomfortable. This is what I assume his suspension could be related to. Perhaps someone threatened to sue wwe for sexual harassment, if they didn’t reprimand Orton for his conduct. It could also be that perhaps he is actually playing himself on camera and is every bit the prick backstage that he is on screen.
“Why do people who consider themselves wrestling fans watch wwe?”
Lets look at this issue, Hypothetically as it relates to readily available Beers. Suppose you want to get hammered on a Saturday Night, there is a vast supply of Labatt Bleue in your town, it’s the beer of choice for many taverns and liquor stores and is much more readily available then Moosehead Lager, and Molson, Moosehead Lager, is available but not as easy to find as Labatt Bleue in your location.Molson however is few and far between nearly impossible to locate anywhere near where you are. Of course you are probably going to avoid the hassle as you just want to get smashed so you’ll take the readily available beer and get hammered now, as opposed to wasting potential drinking time in a nearly never ending search for the second and third rated beer in the area.
Same thing as it relates to wrestling fans and getting their fix of wrestling action. In this case wwe is Labatt Bleue. Its definitely available and you can locate it often. Their programming airs several times a week/month. Four hours of programming combined on Monday and Friday’s shows, then you have your b-shows which these days are only online which make a combined total of 6 hours of wrestling programming a week. Magazine shows as well which recap the events of the other shows. Fans can defiantly get a fix for wrestling/sports entertainment from wwe here and wwe supplies them with hours of free television events, house shows and pay per view events. Tna on the other hand is nationally available but airs once a week for an hour, that’s hardly anything in compassion to wwe. They hold one ppv a month and although their ppv’s are good, they are not going head to head with wwe and really aren’t in wwe’s league in a lot of areas. Wwe still has the superior over all talent, its just in many cases they fail to properly utilize them. Ring of Honor is the Molson of this situation. Its hard to locate at all and is only available locally outside of the realm of most fans. Unlike tna and wwe it doesn’t even have a television deal so there is no way a fan sitting at home can get a wrestling fix off of them without actually going to the shows.
Bottom line neither of these other two promotions are as available and easy to watch as wwe programming is.
If you are in America and not familiar with Canadian Beer. Simply sub Bud for Labatt, Miller for Moosehead, and Coors for Molson.Arrangements of availabilities may vary however it’s the same principal.

Funny, because around here (Southern Cali) it's easier for me to locate Molson than Labatt, while Moosehead is more easily acessible than either of the other two (thanks to Savon and Rite Aid.) Then there is Costco--oh, the wonderous variety and bulk that is Costco. Five gallons of mayonnaise... wow!
