'Mania, huh?
Who thinks what about which?
My favourite match is probebly Flair vs Savage at Wrestlemania VII or Wrestlemania V where Savage goes the distance.
I personally don't care for 'Mania now , but any predictions on XXII?

Well it's great that they're going to put the young guns on display in another Money in the Bank Match. That kid Flair needs all the pushing he can get. *sobs*
I worry about this year's Wrestlemania. I really do. The spectre of another Randy Orton Title reign, the bleh feeling when I think of Triple H vs. Cena, Taker vs Henry. All I can say is Benjamin and RVD better do sokme insane spots to make this Mania memorable.
I always liked Wrestlemania IV and the tournament, but my favorite would have to be X. Bret vs Owen, the ladder match, and the beginning of Bret's second title reign. Good show, bad celebs, but it was still my favorite.

The Mania card does nothing to alter my WWE break.
WMXX was not a great WM --- too much filler --- but my favorite moment as a fan and one of the best matches WWE has offered is Benoit/Triple H/HBK. I screamed... "TAP! TAP YOU SON OF A BITCH!"
What a wave of elation. Can't even imagine how Benoit must have felt inside.
WM17 is the best all-around card WWE has ever booked. Top-to-bottom.

WM17 is the best all-around card WWE has ever booked. Top-to-bottom. Even Chyna / Ivory? That's a pretty ballsy statement there, Boss.

I believe it was you, Diego, or somebody else who pointed out that Chyna/Ivory a)had the right finish to that feud and satisfied the crowd and b)was kept quite short.
So although I'm likely to fast forward it, it did exactly what it was supposed to do and is not a mar on the event. Anymore. In my mind.

The funny thing is that was my first wrestlemania so after that I assumed all wrestlemanias were gonna be that good but i was sadly mistaken.
Biggest disapointment ever was wm 20 though. What a load of crap brock vs goldberg was.
And the return of rock n sock was crap too.

The return of Rock N Sock was awesome. That was a fun match. Outside of Angle/Eddie and the title triple threat, there was like...nothing on that card. Blah. And each match is on Eddy and Benoit's DVDs, respectively, so WMXX can remain unpurchased. I enjoyed Goldberg/Brock, but on a complete trainwreck level. The crowd reaction was just completely surreal. Watching Brock lose his mind was fun. The match itself was shite. Especially since I was watching it with a bunch of casual wrestling fans who didn't get why/what was going on...

Goldberg / Brock wasn't SO bad... if only they got started like, an HOUR earlier. I, like you, Ryan, screamed my ass off every time Benoit got the cross-face locked in. I loved the end of Eddie / Angle. I figured Angle was full of himself. So full of himself, in fact, he was choking on it, but that's just me... I enjoyed Rock 'n Sock / Evolution, because I KNEW that Rock 'n Sock would win. Imagine my surprise when that jack-off Orton walked away with the win... I didn't see much of WMXI, actually I did but I can't remember JACK. All I recall is the Batista / HHH. That was, you know, OK. There's my two cents. - Jacob

WI in the bank just felt...there. It didn't feel that big, even felt rushed. Money In The Bank was fun enough.
Cena/JBL was hugely disappointing. Not that I expected a classic, but here's the match:
JBL beats up Cena for nine minutes. Cena hits the FU basically out of nowhere for his big, emotional title win.
Yeah. Whatever.
Dave/Triple H was fun enough.

JBL was a better champion than I expected him to be, but that isn't really saying much at all. I still remember his APA days fondly, as one of my favorite gimmicks of all time.
In terms of Mania, its pretty much the only PPV that I still watch (though I like to catch the Rumble if I can). I don't watch the weeklies anymore, so I'm not even sure what kind of matches Mania has lined up. At this point, I watch more because I always watch than anything else. Its WrestleMania! Its tradition!
