The scene opens up with Thomas Young seated in his living room. He seems to have not slept in days and his hair is a mess. He can barely keep his eyes open and doesn't seem to be the happiest man alive
Thomas Young: (sighs) Well, as usual, I have to wait till the very last day due to this policy I've given myself. I just can't cut a promo against someone who just doesn't cut one first.
See, when it comes to me its ladies first. But when its this close to the show. I can't just go and NOT cut a promo y'know? I mean it just wouldn't be nice to the NAPW fans that pay to see this beautiful face.
So since Paulie didn't want to show up. I really have no...How should I call it? No urge to do this. I mean, everyones beaten Paulie boy. I mean even Jay O'Brien how is that supposed to look good? Its sad though, Paulie boy is quite good when he's not completely wasted...Only problem is that he is ALWAYS wasted.
Ah, I can't do this. I just don't have the will power.
